Sleepy Noon（以下、「当スタジオ」といいます。）は、当スタジオが提供するアプリケーション（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

Sleepy Noon ("we", "us", or "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in our applications ("the App").

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。当スタジオは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様の情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに当該情報を削除いたします。

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.

当スタジオは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、当スタジオのウェブサイト（sleepynoon.com）上で公表した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはウェブサイト上で通知いたします。

We may update this Policy as needed. The updated Policy becomes effective upon posting on our website (sleepynoon.com). We will notify you of material changes through the App or our website.
